We bridge the gap between physio and training. Helping people to solve long term chronic pain via the Postural Restoration Institute (PRI) approach, getting them back to training so they can do whatever they like with their body. We take pride in being able to help even the most complex of cases through online classes and personal training in London, UK, Vienna & Villach in Austria.
